As a 51 year old with sensitive skin I had no idea which one to choose . The team at symbiome helped me and they were right ! I use twice daily sand along with a little self lymphatic work. This oil in a dream! If you're unsure which to use - ask the team .

Give it time
I wasn't really seeing any difference for a while, in fact my skin seemed to get really dry. Now though most of that has cleared up and my acne is healing! I am thinking about getting another oil to help with hyperpigmentation and acne scars at some point.

Menopause and Dryness
Respond004 is the only OTC product that solves external vaginal dryness. I had bought this as gift for my daughter's out of desperation tried it one day and it was amazing, so I bought some for myself. It should be marketed for this use as it could be huge. Thank you!

Light but moisturizing
I am training for a marathon in the heat of summer so I'm in the elements sweating a lot. This oil has helped my recovery the night after and be ready for the next training day. I feel pretty and strong!

A Powerhouse
This oil is a powerhouse for the skin. I use it in conjunction with some of their other products, and the results are impressive. I have struggled with acne and scarring for many years. I have never been able to discontinue using benzoyl peroxide at night because it would only take a few days for my breakouts to return. I hate to think of the consequences of using this product on my skin for so many years. After beginning a symbiome regimen, I decided to try to discontinue use of BP again. It has been over a month and zero breakouts. Their products have literally balanced my skin's biome after decades of struggle. I highly recommend their products.
