Symbiome Rewards Frequently Asked Questions

Rewards Points are earned on every Symbiome purchase. As points accumulate you will be eligible to move to the next tier.
Earn 100 points upon joining Symbiome.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Earn 50 points each time you leave a review (5 reviews maximum).
Earn 50 points for completing your Symbiome beauty profile.

You need a certain amount of points to reach each tier:

Bronze Tier:

• 0 - 500 points

Silver Tier:

• 501 - 1000 points

Gold Tier:

• 1001 - 1500 points

Platinum Tier:

• 1501+ points

Rewards Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.

You can check your Rewards Points balance on your Symbiome Rewards page or by logging into your account.

This should be visible within 30 minutes to an hour of reaching the next tier. You’ll know when your account has reached the next tier up as you’ll receive an email letting you know. Please note points may take up to 48hrs from dispatch to appear within your account.

You can find your Rewards Points balance and how far you are away from the next tier in your My Account section, within your Symbiome Rewards area and on product pages. You’ll see a scale that will also show you the number of points you need to reach the next tier. You’ll know when your account has reached the next tier up as you’ll receive an email letting you know. Please note points may take up to 48hrs from dispatch to appear within your account.

You can check your Rewards Points balance in your My Account section, within your Symbiome Rewards area and on product pages. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact the customer service team.

Rewards Points will be awarded up to 48hrs after dispatch and added to your account.

Your review should be a verified review which means you should have bought the product using same account you are expecting to receive your point to. Allow some time for review to go through moderation, before appearing on site.

Details and access to most of your benefits will be delivered via email along with details of how to redeem, so make sure your email address is up to date in your account. In some cases the rewards will be automatically applied at checkout.
